- Take a relaxing bubble bath or long shower with some candles.

- Cook a good meal.
- Make a list of things you have achieved, it can be big or small.
- Watch a good series.
- Have coffee with a friend.
- Diffuse some essential oils for aromatherapy – here is some diffusers.
- Declutter your living space – less clutter calms the brain.
- Write your thoughts in a journal.
- Get a break from technology – don’t go on social media and stay off your phone.
- Listen to your favourite music without distractions.
- Go outside and take pictures with your phone.
- I love to do baking to relax – then I can invite someone over and share it with them.
- Join support groups online.
- Be kind to someone.
- List three things you are grateful for.
- Talk to someone about your feelings, it really helps you feel lighter.
- Get a good night’s sleep – it gives you a much clearer head.
- Print some pictures and put them up in the house.You can even stick them on the fridge.
- Build a puzzle or play some boardgames with the people you care about.
